Today I was just playing around trying to get some cards designed for an upcoming class. I really like how easily this card came together. The Silver Embossing Powder really shines in the light as you can see in the bottom picture.
This is the other card I created for my workshop Saturday. You can view the other card here. I just love the versatility of this stamp set Holiday Cheer.
As I wrote this blog post I realized something. Stampin' Up! retired the 2 punches I used to do this card. the 1 1/4" square punch and the Scallop Square Punch. I don't know how I didn't realize this. It is a good thing the girls at the workshop didn't all want to purchase the punches. :) So if you wanted to recreate this card you could use the Postage Stamp Punch and the 1" Square Punch, or the circle punches.
Here is one of the cards I created for the workshop I had Saturday. I have had Mosaic Madness since it was introduced and this is the first time I have used this set. I really like how this card turned out. I may have to start using this stamp set more often. I have listed everything I used below the photo. Enjoy!
On this card I added Melon Mambo cardstock and ink and used the Sassy Salutations Stamp set. Everything else came in October's Paper Pumpkin Kit Sweet As Pie. Hope you enjoy this.

Here is another card using the October Paper Pumpkin kit Sweet As Pie. I added the Old Olive card base and the Rich Razzleberry piece cut with the Apothecary Accents Framelits Die. I sliced the Rich Razzleberry piece in half and glued it to either side of the polka dot piece. I like how this card turned out.

I finally got to sit down and play with the October Paper Pumpkin Kit Sweet As Pie. I had fun designing cards from a kit that is originally designed to be pie pieces. Today's card is for the PPA225 challenge. The only item not from the Paper Pumpkin kit is the Old Olive card base. I hope you enjoy it.
Be sure to check out the other cards for the challenge here.

Here is a card I am doing for an upcoming class. I cut a small strip of Burlap ribbon and then frayed it for the tag. I Stamped the saying in Crushed Curry and then used a sponge dauber dipped in Cajun Craze to get the two toned image. I really like the way it turned out.
As if we didn't have enough items to choose from Stampin' Up! has added even more great products for us to make our holidays wonderful! Click an image below to see all the new wonderful items we have in the new 2014 Holiday Supplement! I have added two videos below from Stampin' Up! for your viewing pleasure!
Trying a little something different with a typically Christmas stamp set. Want to show its versatility. I have used this set on a couple other cards, one for fall and one for a non traditional Christmas card. So far I love them all. You can view the other cards here and here. You can order the Wondrous Wreath Stamp set and Framelits Die as a bundle and save 15%.
Well I finally finished my Frightful Wreath Simply Created Kit for Halloween. I think this kit is super cute. The kit calls for using a glue gun, well of course I couldn't find my glue gun anywhere. So making this wreath took me a lot longer than it should have due to dry time for the glue I used which is E6000. I had to give each item I glued about a day to dry. Lesson learned I will be buying a backup glue gun. I am sure when I buy a new one I will find the old one. Isn't that what always happens? I also didn't follow the directions exactly. You can see the original design by Stampin' Up! at the bottom of this blog post.I cut the silver glitter spider web up rather than putting it on the whole wreath and put things in different places. I hope you like it. I get a smile each time I walk up to my door.
I just love this little purple beaded spider!

Have you ever started a project and when you were finished with it you weren't happy with it? That is how I was this morning. I started a Christmas card for 2 different challenges and I am not at all happy with it. So I put that card away and decided to give my Paper Pumpkin kit another whirl. I am really loving September's kit. It could be because Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I just love this kit. This is the third card I have come up with using this kit. You can view my other cards here and here. I managed to get one of the challenges incorporated in this card. Here is the challenge.
I used the Happy Halloween stamp, Tangelo Twist Stampin' Spot, tags, and sequins from the Boo-tiful Bags Paper Pumpkin Kit. The bat background was stamped using the bat from Project Life Holiday Cheer stamp set. I did cut the striped tag down to be even with the vanilla tag. This card was super simple. I love the photopolymer stamps because you can see right where you want to stamp. Makes double stamping words a breeze. I stamped the Happy Halloween first with the Tangelo Twist then went over it with the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I hope you enjoy my card.
Be sure to check out all the other entries in the challenge.

I just got home from work and a thought I need to stamp something tonight before I go to bed. I have been so busy crocheting I haven't stamped for a couple days. So I sat down and looked at what was on my desk and what do you know I still had stamped tags from my September Paper Pumpkin Kit and a Rich Razzleberry piece cut from the Apothecary Accents Framelits Die. This is what I came up with. It took me all of about 10 minutes to put this adorable Halloween card together.
I have been having some fun doing different things with the Paper Pumpkin kit. You can see the other card I made with the Paper Pumpkin set here. Want to see the Paper Pumpkin kit in action? Watch the video below.

I cased several cards for World Card Making Day all using the set Flamingo Lingo. I wanted to use this set not only because it is super cute but because with the purchase of this set Stampin' Up! donates $3 to Ronald McDonald House Charities!
Here is the last card I did. I don't remember where I saw this card so I can't give credit where credit is due. I did change the leaves and a couple other elements on the card to make it mine.

I cased this card from Pinterest you can view the origianl card here. I changed a couple things to make it my own.
Today I went to the public library for paper crafting day. I was the only one there and of course I forgot some essential items...glue and a stamp set. So I stamped with the set I did remember and used dimensionals where I needed them. I remembered my September Paper Pumpkin kit...Yay!
I saved my work for later and came home and put one card together. Yes after stamping a bunch of tags I only put one card together. The reason I only did one card is I had an idea for a challenge I follow and thought I needed to just concentrate on that. I hope you like what I did.
The stamps, sticker, twine, sequins, and tag are all from the September Paper Pumpkin kit! Love it! I used the Stamp-a-majig to line up the Happy Halloween for the background. I really love making my own background papers using stamps.
